Abstract

Training is vital to every company. Employee training is essential for an organisation’s success. Not only will the savings pay off for the company, but the company can increase productivity from the employees. This study gives a clear understanding about the effectiveness and importance of the training in respect of employees’ performance in the organisation. The primary purpose of organisation training is to provide skills, which employees need to make the business better overall. In essence, trained employees can help to achieve high quality performance in a shorter period of time. The goal of the training is to master the competencies and apply in day to day activities .the purpose of this paper is to present conceptual study established on the employee training and development program and its benefit. This paper also inspects the structure and elements of training and development in Infosys and later study what are the present positive outcomes for employees and organisations.
