Abstract
The onset of 21st century has ushered in an era of contradictions for International Politics and International Law . The global scenario had seen a combat seen between Human Rights and Sovereignty , which reached its zenith in the Serbian and Rwanda Conflict. This conflict led to a passionate appeal by the then Secretary General of UN .
