Abstract

The concept of Global Administrative Law has garnered attention in recent times because of the demand of transparency and accountability of certain Inter Governmental organization and Non Governmental Organizations. The issue at hand is the growth of globalization and its impact on the municipal and International Legal order. The integration of world markets demands accountability, responsible and responsive values to be visible on an international scale. The municipal aspect of Administrative Law is well known, but, its application on a global level entails serious ramifications on the declaratory traditions of Public International Law, the most apparent being, Jurisdiction. Recent work on the accountability of Non Governmental organizations tends to change the morbid and mundane nature of the problem. Crowdfunding on the other hand, is the latest variant of Financial Adventurism. The economic integration of the society has led to the infusion of creative aspects of raising capital for creative satiability and Crowdfunding is one those new areas. Like any other system, Crowdfunding is operated, controlled basically by Nongovernmental organizations who, by using Internet as a platform for raising fund have engineered a fascinating story. But, like any other organization, it has to be controlled and regulated. It is at this point, that Global Administrative Law comes into play.
