Abstract

Since last 5 years, we are habitual of listening the terms as FDI or FIIs in economic terms, but, it has been hardly noticed that, what is the impact of FIIs over the Indian capital market and what would be the DIIs doing. But after few years, various economic analysts brought certain facts about the differences of operation between FIIs and DIIs. In fact, the equal participation of FIIs and DIIs require for smooth flow of any capital market, but, still, there is segmented participation or un-even participation has been noticed in Indian capital market. This study is about to measure and identify the difference of participation of DIIs and FIIs.
