Abstract

Employees act as the fuel pumping tool in any business organization who wants to growing, going and glowing. Every employee has a key function in the organization which is vital to attain its goals to achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, it is essential to remain the employees content and motivated so that employees continue their stay in the organization for a longer run. Well framed retention strategies plays a significant role in retaining the employees by enhancing their belongingness and contentment and in result making them more trustworthy and loyal.
