Creating an enabling environment is not limited to change of the materialistic environment according to the demand of situation. To create an enabling environment demands a multilevel struggle. To split up the concept, we have the tasks of making the environment happen through making it feasible by creating such situations. Let me sketch a methodology towards this: 1. To identify concerned desideratum. 2. To identify requisite environment towards it. 3. To create catalysts as enabling agents, and 4. To identify a source of strength or power through which this can be accomplished. Here, I take Swami Vivekananda as my role model, guide, and inspiration. He has made impossible, possible and made the unthinkable happen; of creating a Swabhimani Indians through pumping inner spiritual strength from within oneself. Hence, in this paper, I would like to discuss about creating an enabling environment through spirituality from a model created of Swami Vivekananda.
