Abstract

The modern management theory is constricted by a fractured epistemology which separates humanityfrom nature and truth from moralityas well as the real education. Reintegration is necessary iforganizational education is to support ecologically and socially the sustainable development.Thepurpose of this paper is to explore the concept of sustainable human developmentand to analyze the associated educational practices. Sustainability Education is intended to provide learning, training, and practical experience, in both formal and non-formal settings, that fosters personal development, community involvement, and action for change in our human and natural worlds. Development of education is the progress of human societies and it is the mirror of present in our natural environment, but it is the matter of regret that educational development has been sustained.
