Abstract

Occupational Stress and Burnout has been recognized as a major health issue for modern work Organization. This is a comparative study which examined Organizational Role Stress and Burnout among Middle Managers and Supervisors. Investigation was carried out in 5 Star Hotels of Delhi and Gurgaon to know the Organizational Role Stress and Burnout among Middle Managers and Supervisors. Results revealed thatthere is a positive correlation between Organizational Role Stress and Exhaustion and Depersonalization and negative correlation between Organizational Role Stress and Personal accomplishment.
