Abstract

In this paper an attempt is being taken to discuss the organisational structure and management system of AIDC. In order to make the study in a systematic way the paper is divided into three parts. The first part entitled introduction includes objectives, hypothesis and methodology. The second part focuses the organisational structure and management system of AIDC. The third part entitled conclusion. In this part in addition to an overall conclusion some major findings that have been identified throughout the discussion are presented. Accordingly some suitable suggestions are also put forward in order to salve the problem.
