WHICH FACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INFLATION IN INDIA?

Abstract

Every Year, Indian government in the month of February declares its annual budget in which it gives in detail about national income, revenue and expenditure of past, present and future and forthcoming policies and programmes etc. Although, after the attainment of its independent, Indian economy has been flourishing in its own way and strengthening its structure; but one thing that is inflation has been remained a major problem before it. Sometimes it is in slow motion and sometimes in high. In contemporary, where global economy crisis is effecting the economy of all countries of the world, as India has maintained its economic condition is part of appreciation. At the present time, Inflation in India is effecting simultaneously in both terms positive as well as negative. This research paper is based on survey conducted among different sections of the societies, basically took the views of service class people(having A,B,C grade in civil sector),businessmen, shopkeeper, Rtd .army personnel,C.A. and academicians ; and finds that majority of people express the reason behind the inflation in India that is mismanagement by government and very few express their views over the global economic crisis and people awareness and some express mixture views in this context respectively.
