Abstract

Nursing role efficacy is very essential in corporate hospitals to provide best services to the patients. Nurses need to develop different dimensions to improve their efficacy levels. To develop these kinds of dimensions, the nurses may need experience. Corporate hospitals are equipped with nurses who may be well experienced. But their role efficacy may differ due to stress, continuous duties, risks, pressure from higher authorities etc. So they need some kind of intervention on safety & personal hygiene, positive self concept, conflict management, communication, attitude, body language etc. Thus, the researcher conducted present study on “improving role efficacy of nurses in corporate hospitals through intervention”
