Abstract

Risk of a Natural hazard can’t be completely eliminated but it can be reduced with set up of early warning of hazard .We can reduce threats of life, property and environment with the application of early warning system. There is long list of hazards like earthquakes, Tsunamis, Tropical cyclones, volcanic eruption, Landslides and floods it may prove so much vital and very useful tool. The aim of this paper is to highlight impact of complexity of factors that recognised essential and effective of early warning systems. It also put emphasis upon the fact that how people perceive it that are in immediate risk from hazard and how they react to the situation emerged over there .
