AN ASSESSMENT OF THE PERSONALITY TRAITS OF UNDER-19 MALE CRICKET PLAYERS FROM DELHI STATE

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to assess the personality traits of U-19 male Cricket players from Delhi State, from the year 2011 to 2013, by applying simple random sampling a total of 40 Under-19 male cricket players (Batsman) were selected from Delhi state to act as subject for the study. The selected subjects have played DDCA under-19 state. The questionnaire of the selected 3 variables has been selected, constructed by Arun Kumar. Keeping in mind the feasibility aspect & importance of psychological aspect the following variables of personality have been selected for investigation: Commitment, Control and Challenge.
