Abstract

Work life balance is a state of equilibrium in which the demand of both professional & personal life is equal. A balanced life for women is one where they spread their energy & effort between key areas of importance. This study deals with the issue of balancing work and personal life among women employees. This paper examines impact of work life balance on the performance of women employees and the support received by their family members. The present study also focuses on initiatives taken by the institutions for effective work life balance.
