Abstract
The survival of today's organization depends on how they accept changes, improve practices and competitiveness. Defined as an organization that pays special attention to the learning of all its members, learning organization possesses certain characteristics to meet the ever-changing requirement of the environment This study focus on the significance of the learning and knowledge generated by the human resources of an organization.
