Abstract

आधुनिक युग में वायु एवं जल के बाद भोजन मनुष्य की आधारभूत आवश्यकता है। भोजन से शरीर को उर्जा , पौष्टिक तत्व एवं ऊष्णता प्राप्त होती है जिससे शरीर की विभिन्न शारीरिक एवं मानसिक क्रियाएँ सम्पन्न होती है।
