Abstract
भावी षिक्षकों की षिक्षण दक्षता विकास में महाविद्यालयों के वातावरण का अहम् योगदान होता है इस तथ्य को आधार मान षोधकत्र्री ने जयपुर एवं बीकानेर संभाग के 17 षिक्षक प्रषिक्षण महाविद्यालयों 600 अध्यापकों पर सर्वेक्षण विधि से महाविद्यालय वातावरण मापनी का निर्माण कर एवं पासी एवं ललिता द्वारा निर्मित षिक्षण दक्षता मापनी के माध्यम से समंकों का सग्रहण किया।
