झुंझुनू क्षेत्र के बी. एड. विद्यार्थियों की कार्य अभिप्रेरणा का अध्ययन

Abstract

शिक्षक प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम एक ऐसा कोर्स है जिसमें अध्यापकों की षिक्षण दक्षता के साथ-साथ षिक्षण कौषलों का विकास किया जाता है, परन्तु यदि बी.एड. प्रषिक्षणार्थियों में कार्य अभिप्रेरणा का अभाव होगा तो सम्पूर्ण कौषलों का सषक्त विकास नहीं हो सकता है। इसलिए बी.एड. प्रषिक्षणार्थियों का कार्य अभिप्रेरणा का संकाय के आधार पर तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करना प्रस्तुत षोध प्रमुख उद्देष्य था। षून्य परिकल्पनाओं का निर्माण कर षेखावाटी क्षेत्र के 400 (कला, विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य संकाय) बी.एड. प्रषिक्षणार्थियों को न्यादर्ष के रूप में षामिल किया गया। केजी अग्रवाल द्वारा निर्मित कार्य अभिप्रेरणा प्रष्नावली से दत्तों का संकलन कर परिकल्पनाओं का क्रांतिक अनुपात मान के आधार पर परीक्षण किया गया। षोध के मुख्य निश्कर्श में पाया कि विज्ञान संकाय के बी.एड. प्रषिक्षणार्थियों की कार्य अभिप्रेरणा के आयाम ‘मनोवैज्ञानिक कार्य प्रोत्साहन’, ‘भौतिक प्रोत्साहन’ एवं सम्पूर्ण योग का मध्यमान कला संकाय के प्रषिक्षणार्थियों से अधिक है।
