STRESS AND BURNOUT AMONG PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS

Abstract

This paper revealed the idea about the stress and burnout among physical education teachers of Muktsar district of Punjab state. The objectives of the study was to find out the stress level of male and female senior secondary school teachers which taught physical education subject and also to check out the burnout level among them. The researcher also tried out to find the difference among the variables. The result concluded that there exist significant difference between the stress level of male and female physical education teachers and also significant difference between the burnout level of male and female physical education teachers. Researcher also found that there exists significant difference between these two variables also
