This study is aimed at i) studying the disengagement dimension of organizational climate in aided and un-aided secondary schools , ii) studying the relationship between disengagement dimension of organizational climate between aided and un-aided secondary schools. To achieve this purpose , School Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire (SOCDQ) by MotiLal Sharma was employed. A sample of 100 secondary school teachers from both aided and un-aided schools was selected on the basis of random sampling technique. Descriptive statistic was used to analyze the data. Result indicates a significant difference at 0.05 level. Findings on the basis of t-test reveals that the mean score of government aided school is greater than un-aided schools, which further tends to suggest that teachers in govt. aided schools are more task oriented in nature as compared to un-aided secondary school teachers.
