A NEW AVENUE FOR GETTING JUSTICE EARLY: E – COURTS

Abstract

“Delay justice is denial of justice” is a legal maxim means if timely justice is not provided to the victim or sufferer it looses its importance and violation of fundamental rights as well as human rights. The present government establishing e-courts can bring transparency and accountability in the judicial system in India. Its major frame work of easily and speedily get justice. In this research paper research discussed the working of e-courts system of Malaysia and if this system introduced in our country we 90% solve the cases and less the burden of courts.
