Abstract

The slum dwellers are notified, living in substandard housing and most terrible environmental conditions that worsen the vicinity and degrade the ability of life. The realistic depiction of the population from slums is miserable. The clutches of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, and low income with gloomy environment are significant. The possibility for living is tough in these complicated units with meager facilities. Mostly slum dwellers are malnourished; the less awareness about nutrition, health and environment plunk them to distress. The addiction towards smoking and reverse smoking was also observed in elevated levels with depreciation of health.
