Abstract

This paper is a push to contemplate the work-life balance of academicians in India. The disclosures of this investigation demonstrate that work-life balance issue among academicians in India isn't gender orientated. In fact, female academicians are generally tried to adjust to various jobs with little assistance from family people and significantly lesser idea from supervisors at the workplaces.
