Leadership Style is an individual’s style of judging, directing, planning, implementing activities and motivating others. On the other hand, Managerial Effectiveness is an individual’s competency to accomplish desired outcomes in the organization/industry. While there are various prevalent leadership styles proposed by Bass and Avalio (2000) such as Transformational, Transactional, and Passive Leadership. Transformational Leaders are as well charismatic and adequate to design and execute a vision of the organization/ Industry. Data was gathered from 200 IT Professionals representing Ramanujan IT City, Chennai through structured questionnaire.
