Abstract

As the current scenario many practices and research are taking interest on spirituality impact job attitude in work place or not and, this study used primary and secondary for finding about is there any significant of spirituality job attitude in the work place in Indian context. As study as demographic based, researcher taken quota sampling technique for collecting date, here study conduct gender and age of experience basis. For finding is there spirituality difference come on job attitude in work place or not Measure factors are looks much important to develop effectiveness and efficiency for developing spiritual environment in work place
