Abstract

Globalization has brought many positive changes in the world but still there are some issues relating to the women in our society which should be considered seriously. Women play very important role in each and every sector of the economy. Working women face an important issue of balancing between their office work, house chores and family caring. This research studies the factors affecting motivation of women teachers working in grantable and non grant secondary schools in Ahmednagar district. The objective of the research is to study the factors affecting motivation. Data are collected from 200 women teachers working in grantable and non grant secondary schools. It is found that women teachers working in secondary school are not well satisfied.
