Abstract

In the era of globalization electronic marketing is a great revolution. Over the last decade maximum business organizations are running with technological change. Today every person is busy. She/he wants to save the time. Now-a-days many companies have come in the market. Latest technologies are coming day-to-day. Consumer behaviour is the study of individual, groups or organizations and all the activities associated with the purchase, use and disposal of goods and services including the consumer’s emotional, mental and behavioural responses that follow these activities.
