Abstract

Social justice and its status in India were critically defined in the “Damini’s Case” of the capital of the world’s largest democracy. However, equality, liberty and justice are the three iron pillars of any democratic country, but in India there is such an administrative system where justice delayed. Justice delayed, means justice denied. When the people of India were crying for justice for “Damini” on the roads of India, then among the large administrative system and government, there was not a single official, speaking even a single word for the so called daughter of India: “Damini.” Now this case is buried in the papers. This is the real and clear picture of social justice in India followed by a long chain of the rape cases even with the five years old babies
