Abstract

In the talent draught scenario, it is very difficult to retain and maintain the talent in the organization. When we talk of organizational success, it cannot be achieved without having talented incumbents who are actually the drivers of the organization. Due to liberalization, economic reforms and technological modernization, competition has increased a lot in all the sectors and banking sector is of no exception. This competitiveness generated need of competitive people and each bank started taking human resource decisions with respect to their competitor’s bank. This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of talent management strategies in banks.
