A study on employee training in akay flavours and aromatic private limited located in elavumthitta at Pathanamthitta district is to study about the training system of Akay Flavours and Aromatic PVT Ltd Elavumthitta and to find out the different types of employee training in Akay Flavours and Aromatic Pvt Ltd Elavumthitta. The study is mainly based on the details collected from each department. 50 respondents have been selected following convenient sampling method. Questionaire was used as data collecting instrument. Data was analyzed using tabulation, percentages. Training also to impart to the employee based on giving promotion not just only for the employees who are found inefficient. This helps in motivating the employees and maintains the effectiveness of training. The company provides various types of training for employees. The company gives external training for employee’s in House training, induction training on the job training etc to the employees. The training provided to the employees of the Akay Flavours and Aromatic Company achieves certain objectives. Employee turn over to the minimized man days of training provided per employee should be at least two man days per employee per year, percentage fulfillment of identified competency needs to be maximized.
