E-Retailing most commonly known as e-tailing is nothing but shopping through the internet and other media forms. E-retailing is the use of technology such as computers and the internet to sell a range of products and services. The country’s online retail market witnessed a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 53% for the period 2013 to 2017 when compared with China: 33%; Indonesia 31%; Malaysia : 30%; south korea: 12% , according to a latest report by consultancy firm Bain & Company. E-retailing provides several advantages to customers and business, at the same time it is not free from the limitations.
