EFFECT OF KAIZEN IMPLEMENTATION FOR EMPLOYEES SATISFACTION IN MANUFACTURING ORGANIZATIONS (A CASE STUDY OF KOMBOLCHA TEXTILE SHARE COMPANY)

Abstract

Business organizations engaged in manufacturing play significant role in the countries aver all development. Manufacturing companies have always suffered a setback as firms have always been criticized for poor quality, low productivity, low safety conditions, poor working place culture and high manufacturing cost of products. This current research sought to examine the relationship between Kaizen implementation and Employees satisfaction in the manufacturing organization i.e., Kombolcha Textile Share Company. The research examined the effect of Kaizen principles towards employees’ satisfaction and to identify the four perspectives of Kaizen has the greatest influence on employee’s satisfaction. A structured questionnaire that contains questions based on five point likert scale ranging from 1(strongly disagree) to 5 (Strongly agree) distributed for the selected 288 sample employees by using Stratified random sampling technique. In order to support the primary data, the researcher used secondary data also. The data analyzed by using factor analysis, reliability test, Correlation and regression analysis, descriptive statistics and mean aid on development of hypotheses for this study. The researcher tested that whether it is imperative for manufacturing Companies to improve their processes by implementation of kaizen that employees satisfied and they bring positive impact for companies’ success.
