JOB SATISFACTION OF BANK EMPLOYEES SPECIAL REFERENCE TO ROHTAK DISTRICT OF HARYANA

Abstract

Job satisfaction has interests both people who work in organizations and people who study them. The traditional study of job satisfaction focuses only on the findings of individual satisfactions related to his /her job. Eventually, job satisfaction or dissatisfaction does not depend only on the nature of the job but it also on the expectations that individuals have of what their job should provide or what commitments done by the employers. A satisfied employee is more dedicated to assigning work. In the new scenario, job satisfaction and dissatisfaction increased in the employees particularly, in the banking sector due to the pre-job perception. The main objective of the study to analyze the opportunities available in the job provides the chance for personal development, analysis the job provides freedom to use own judgment and salary and allowances granted in the job are reasonable. The population of this study total number of bank employees. The sample taken for the study consists of 220 bank employee's special reference to Rohtak District of Haryana. Convenience sampling method (non-probability sampling) used to obtain the responses from the respondents. Finds the researchers that the factors that lead the job dissatisfaction do not relate to SBI working environment. Nevertheless, it is due to external factors such as government policies. Time to time Government initiated new economic policies which are directly related to the banking system.
