Soft skills are life skills which assist to develop the students’ attributes, interactions, empowerment, lucrative job and performance at the work place, etc. These skills become the yardstick to measure the success of life. Soft skills are inevitable to the young age to cater the needs of the job market and to saddle as an ideal employee in the kaleidoscopic- knowledge- driven place. The essence of soft skills has been proliferated to a great extent in the context of competitive globalization besides the core subject expertise. This modern earth beckons the students who take part of soft skills with innovation and creativity as pre-requisite skills. This paper studies about the significance of curriculum of soft skills outfit for the industry and employers’ expectations to be imparted for the students at their halls of knowledge.
