Abstract

The world is changing at faster pace than anyone of us imagined. It is growing by leaps and bounds. With this, the work load is increasing and an individual is supposed to match up to challenges which are arising due to increase in the workload and performing the different tasks at the same time. New technologies are being introduced in order to reduce the complexity of work. But introducing the technology is not sufficient because how an individual approach to this change and how much effort he is ready to put to learn the technologies is also of great concern. Introducing Human Resource information system, Enterprise Resource Planning earlier, now new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence is being introduced in human resource management. The main objective of this study is to have a view on use of artificial intelligence in human resource management. Further, this paper will give a perspective on different artificial intelligence software available and challenges using artificial intelligence in human resource.
