Abstract
Shakespeare is a playwright with universal appeal. His plays have always been a point of discussion among the people from academia. Different theoretical frames have received and interpreted his works differently. The present paper employs the tool of feminism to decode Shakespeare’s mindset through the evaluation of his King of France in All’s Well that Ends Well and the Duke Vincentio in Measure for Measure.
