Abstract

Technology in Banking sector Playing a very important role in now a days with more advanced and digitally connected network. Banking sector providing services round the clock with Self-service providing machines like ATM, Cheque deposit machines, Cash deposit machines, Passbook update or printing machines etc,. This paper is an attempt to find Customers awareness and satisfaction towards the Self-service providing machines in Ballari city. For this purpose primary data was collected from 100 respondents of SBI. Data was tabulated and analysed with the help of statistical tools to achieve the objectives of the study.
