Abstract

A virtual research study of digitalization and ease of working with reference to the digital companies of Delhi NCR is an promising research field and my research study on the identical with the objectives to find out my objectives. As the available literature on digitalization and ease of working not sufficient. Research design of my research study was exploratory, and method I used survey through primary database of 10 digital companies of India my sample was 500. I used software SPSS-WIN ver. 21.0 for data analysis. Multiple generational cohorts coexist in the work¬place today. Each group brings different viewpoints, expectations, desires, dreams, values, and ideas about work and life. For Digital Marketing organizations, these generational differences can enhance teamwork and improve digital workplace; they also can present challenges such as conflict and stereotyping. By understanding generational differences, managers and organizations can foster a work environment that embraces diversity and promotes productivity. Because very little research on generational differences in the digital workplace has been conducted, research specific to digital corporate panorama is warranted.
