TECHNO PHOBIA AMONG LIBRARY PROFESSIONALS

Abstract

This paper discuss the techno phobia among the library experts in the colleges. It was revealed that eye strain is the fundamental physical indication and disarray and aggravation are the principle mental side effects of techno phobia among the library experts. Nonstop work and absence of specialized aptitudes were the significant reasons for techno phobia. It was additionally revealed that work over-burden increments techno phobia among the library experts. Diminished work over-burden, appropriate preparing projects and better seating course of action in the work spot were the healing measures proposed by the library experts. This paper examines techno phobia, its effects, stress related issues and measures taken to avoid it among library professionals
