Abstract

With a view to offering a set of adaptable measures for female education, the researcher conducted a survey. The research area selected for the study has a dire need of a huge survey study at national level. The present survey aims to study the views of female teenagers on prevailing and upcoming challenges, loopholes and possible measures for improving female education. While talking about female education, the researcher aims to study not only the education related to female but the holistic education and development of female. Sometimes, education becomes gender, caste, community, discipline and religion based. To illustrate this, take an example of convent school for Christian students, Gurukul mostly for Brahmin, home science for female, engineering for male and so on. There are many factors and challenges which are directly or indirectly affecting in upgrading female education. The researcher is trying to put a picture of female teenagers’ views on female education. The study would surely ignite the minds of young teenagers, educationists, authorities and policy makers.
