COMPARATIVE EFFECT OF NAGEKOMI UCHIKOMI AND RANDORI TRAINING ON THE PERFORMANCE OF JUDOKA’S

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the comparative effect of nagekomi, uchikomi and,randori training on the performance of judoka’s. For this study 100 male judoka from Rewari, Mahendra Garth, Gurgaon, Jhajjar rohtak Haryana (different district), who were undergoing regular, training on the college Dojo and preparing for intercollegiate, inter-state, intervarsity Judo Championship were selected as the subject for the study, the average ago of the subject, was 20 Years. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of three month Uchikomi randori and Nagekomi practices on the performance of judokas, From the scholar own understanding of the problem and as gleaned through the literature, it was hypothesized that there will be no significant effect of Uchikomi Randori, and nagekomi training factor like diet, daily routine, life style habit etc. may have an effect on the result of study was considered as one of the limitation of study. Statistical analysis of data is presented on this chapter, the data were selected as Judo performance during pre and post experimental form of three experimental group and control group were subjected to various statistical analysis for meaningful interpretation of effect of experimental treatment. Analysis of covariance was employed to find out the significant effect of three form of experimental treatment i.e. Uchikomi, Nagekomi and Randori practices.
