SOCIAL VALUE CREATION: THE END MOTIVE

Abstract

In recent times, various statistical tool and techniques have been used to conduct in depth analysis on the concept of social entrepreneurship and how they efficiently deploy resources for value creation process (Meyskens et al., 2010). However, there has been not much focus on emerging and developing economies in the regard of how entrepreneurs create social value. This paper aims to add to the existing literature on Social Entrepreneurship by investigating various social enterprises in the Indian economy, who are effectively utilising the scarce resources to create the desired impact and thus generate value.
