Abstract

The concept of branding is now no longer confined to tangible and intangible products which has become an important part of the organization today. Employer Branding has become essential to the companies to position themselves as a preferred employer or a great workplace. Employees perception about employer brand affects their behavior towards it. The study was conducted through the collection of data from both primary and secondary sources from IT field of students. The western world's global talent crisis has evidently affected the Indian IT industry, which is expected to worsen as demographic patterns make it more difficult for businesses to replace respected workers as they retire. The purpose of this study is to identify the reasons to choose to work with the desired organization by prospective employees.
