A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF AGILITY AND REACTION TIME BETWEEN TENNIS

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the Reaction Time on Vienna Test System and Agility by Shuttle Run Test among male tennis and squash players. To serve the purpose of the investigation, 20 male, age 18-24 Years from Tennis and Squash were purposely selected from LNIPE, Gwalior. To study the selected variables Vienna system was used. The test was performed under the laboratory condition and the players were given an orientation towards using the instrument to enhance the reliability of data. And test to measure Agility was Shuttle Run Test.
