Over the past few years, recruitment process has gone through a significant change. Having the right people at the right place on right time is a critical task. Talent acquisition is a new jargon in human resource management which is actually a wider term for recruitment. Now recruitment is considered as a subset of talent acquisition process. Along with requisition management i.e. hiring activities, TA focuses on pre-hire activities, applicant surveys, analysis, reporting, on boarding, employees development and retention consideration.
