Abstract
The healthcare institutes are very important places to give treatment for those people who are suffer from different kinds of problem. On the other hand the employee who gives their services in that place are called medical staff, those people also play an important role at that place. They are very responsible for their duty to give patients.
in this study focus on those people who are gives their service who comes in hospital, the hospital employee also want their satisfaction from their job and support from colleagues. In the study compare three government hospital employees for measuring their satisfaction, with the help of 90 employee those are selected randomly from equal percentage of each hospital and receive their response by structured questionnaire, than use statistical tool SPSS. Through SPSS generate factors first of all than apply T−Test, ANOVA and frequency percentage find out, after these analysis finds appropriate results from this study.
