Abstract

Barth and Schlegelmilch (2013), explain that, in scientific theory, the term academic entrepreneurship is defined and developed in different ways. From the traditional perspective academic entrepreneurship means an “university spin-off” or an institutional transfer of research, development, or technology to start innovations or ventures. The purpose of this paper is to review and synthesize the literature on the various challenges and opportunities in Academic Entrepreneurship. Although education and research have traditionally been the university‘s main missions, this has gradually changed with the emergence of new perspectives on the role of the university in the system of intellectual property generation, production, sharing and distribution (Nyeko & Sing, 2015). Silva (2012) argues that 3rd university mission involving academic entrepreneurship, opens the possibility for many higher education institutions to get a broader source of funding from non-governmental or public organizations. The adaption and adoption of ―entrepreneurial flair into the university appears to create discontent among academics to whom the concept of entrepreneurship implies the creation of a new venture and income generation. This paper highlights the features of academic entrepreneur and academic entrepreneurship while the center of focus being the challenges and opportunities faced in academic entrepreneurship.

• Abstract: the article/research paper is altogether a psychoanalytical x-ray of Hemingway’s characters. According to Sigmund Freud,’’ man is a bundle of psychological instincts which function as a compressing and squeezing force behind him. As we know life is full of complexities and a man remains always under pressure in order to overcome these hardships and trifles .Carl Jung divides human psyche into three categories-Conscious, Sub-conscious and the unconscious. The first being the active part of one’s mind that determines a difference between good and bad, virtue and vice, moral and immoral etc.The second one being partly active and partly inactive as in case of children who store in their subconscious whatever they observe around them. Hence, a famous quote from William Wordsworth is worth mention here ‘’Child is the Father of Man’’ the third one being inactive part of human mind.

Abstract

Nowadays one frequently hears expressions, for example, 'India has touched base at the worldwide scene' or '21st century would be India's century'. PM Modi's style of discretion at the worldwide level has given a fillip to such an inclination. Media projection of his own conditions with a dominant part of the world pioneers including Trump, Xi and Putin has left most Indians trusting that India is at the limit of worldwide power. All the more solidly, this inclination has empowered India to punch over its weight in universal fora. No big surprise, Modi is tuned in to with deference at discussions like BRICS, ASEAN, SCO and so on.
