INSURTECH-THE REVOLUTION IN INDIAN INSURANCE INDUSTRY

Abstract

In the evolving industry ecosystem, Insurers and InsurTechs see collaboration as the key to success. New competition requires incumbent insurers to be agile and innovative. The insurance industry is considered as one of the most innovative industries in the world. The Indian insurance industry was the least innovative made the customers disappointed. Insurtech has improved the reach and quality of service by leaps and bounds in the insurance industry. The present paper attempts to focus on the trends in the Insurtech technology in Indian Insurance industry.
