Abstract

Organizations now a day are paying key attention to improve employees’ performance and productivity as never before so as to not only remaining competitive but also to sustain. Management professionals were compelled to reset their priorities and approaches towards performing methods and strategies which initiates more comprehensive methods like performance management system, total quality management etc. which can keep track for the performance from beginning till end. Performance management is a way to translate the corporate objectives to attain optimum results.
