Abstract

The concept of adjustment is as old as human race on this planet. It starts right from the birth of the child and continuous till the last moment of his life. Adjustment is an important characteristic of living organism. Every organism tries to achieve some sort of working arrangement within his environment. Adjustment needs reaction to the varying demands and pressures of social environment imposed the individual Adjustment most briefly can be defined as the process by which living beings maintain the balance between their needs and the environment that influence the satisfaction of the needs. This study looks into the relationship between Environmental Adjustment and Emotional Intelligence.
